This role combines project management, in-depth technical expertise and an advisory function to strengthen and secure the digital resilience of the organization within different Digital domains (Infrastructure, software development and OT).Roles and Responsibilities:Security project management and realization.Responsible for setting up, coordinating and executing security projects from A to Z.Drawing up project plans and action plans.Coordination of stakeholders and resources.Follow-up of timing, scope and budget.Realization and delivery of technical solutions.Combination of project-based management and hands-on technical implementation.Ensuring quality and security-by-design principles in projects. Development and implementation of security processesAnalyze, define and implement security processes, procedures and controlsTranslating policies into practical guidelines and workflows.Continuous improvement of existing security processes based on incident analysis, risk assessments, lessons learned, etc. Technical security expertiseLeveraging in-depth knowledge across modern security platforms, including Microsoft Defender suite, Entra ID / Active Directory, Identity & Access Management (IAM).Evaluating, configuring and optimizing security tools and solutions.Support with troubleshooting and incident analysis on complex security issues.Advisory role within DigitalAct as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders within the services of Digital (Infrastructure, Software Development, OT environments...)Advising on technical security implementations, architecture choices, risk assessments and mitigation measures, etc.Active contribution to security governance and the security organization.Security frameworks and complianceCyber FundamentalsNISTCIS Controls ISO27001Support with compliance processes and audits.Knowledge of NIS2 as an important added value.Incident analysis and continuous improvementUse broad experience as a System Engineer to correctly analyze and assess incidents and events.Identify and implement structural improvements.Drafting concrete improvement proposals and follow-up after approval.Contribute to proactive security posture management.Security evangelismTaking on a role within the technical landscape to propagate security and strengthen security policy and best practices within Digital.Supporting other teams and projects as a security advisor.REQUIRED SKILLS:Digital Cybersecurity specialist.Identity and Access Management (IAM).Networking.Security Architecture.Security Expertise.Security frameworks and compliance.Security Project manager.Demonstrable experience in security project management and technical implementation.Strong technical background within enterprise IT environment.In-depth knowledge of security concepts, architectures and solutions.Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards.Broad experience as a System Engineer is essential.Nederlands: Native or bilingual proficiency.
