Helpdesk Support Agent
Job description :
* Respond to incoming client calls and emails, providing first-line assistance.
* Document, track, and follow up on client requests in the system.
* Provide accurate administrative management for client interactions.
* Navigate and use digital tools and applications to support clients.
* Collaborate with team members while being able to work independently.
* Ensure efficient problem resolution and excellent service quality.
* Work environment: Helpdesk team, collaborating closely with colleagues and supporting clients directly.
* Work schedule: Day Work
* Remote work: hybrid after training
* Technical environment: Call center/helpdesk applications, digital tools for client support, ticketing systems.
* Expected deliverables: Resolved client requests, accurate documentation, administrative records, and high client satisfaction.
Required profile:
You have experience in administrative support, helpdesk, or customer service, preferably in a trilingual environment (FR/NL/ENG).
You are passionate about client support and have hands-on experience handling client requests in IT or customer service roles.
In order to carry out this assignment successfully, you must be proficient in:
* Technologies: Helpdesk systems, digital applications, ticketing tools.
* Methodologies: Standard client support procedures, first-line incident management.
* Business knowledge: Client service and administrative processes.
Are you :
* Bilingual in French and Dutch; English is a plus.
* A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
* Flexible, autonomous, and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
