Jobomschrijving
As an administrative assistant you'll be responsible for:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and assist with ongoing operational activities.
* Process incoming notifications and prepare the necessary follow-up documentation.
* Coordinate actions with external partners, public bodies and clients to keep procedures progressing efficiently.
* Handle document management: preparation, formatting, translations, and organising supporting materials.
* Keep internal databases up to date, track deadlines, and ensure timely renewals of relevant files.
* Support the organisation of internal and external sessions, briefings, or training activities.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments to maintain smooth internal communication.
Jouw profiel
* Bachelor in administration, office management, languages, communication or any related field
* Excellent level of Dutch and English, French is a plus
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good attention to detail and excellent teamspirit
