With a focus on planning, coordination, and execution, you will work to ensure that all aspects of these projects stay within scope, timeline, and budget while aligning all stakeholders, from internal teams to external partners, towards a common goal.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
* Utilize your expertise in Agile/Scrum and Prince2 to lead multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain control over project risks and provide clear reports on progress and outcomes
* Navigate technical environments, including .NET, Angular, AWS/Azure, and PowerBI
* Develop solutions that enhance processes while supporting our client's mission to protect and make nature accessible to all
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in project management with the following qualifications:
* Significant experience as a Project Leader in infrastructure or development projects (minimum 8 years)
* Hands-on experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies (minimum 3 years)
* Strong background in organizing and reporting on project steering groups (minimum 5 years)
* Expertise in comprehensive project management including planning, scope, budget, and timeline (minimum 10 years)
* Ability to transfer expert knowledge in project management methodologies, preferably backed by certification
* Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and English
Desired Skills And Experience
Additional skills that will benefit the candidate include:
* Experience as a Scrum Master
* Familiarity with .NET Angular development or AWS
* Experience using JIRA as a Scrum platform
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while recognizing and navigating interdependencies
* Experience with innovative technologies such as IoT, AI, data analysis, and satellite imagery
* Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
* Experience working in the public sector
