We are looking for a highly organized people & operations manager with a go-getter attitude to join our team in Barcelona. You’ll be working closely with the Accounting and HR consultants to manage invoices, payroll, recruitment processes to provide support to our creative & marketing teams on a daily basis. You will be responsible for running both our Barcelona and Berlin offi ces. You are a people’s person with great communication skills.

What should you bring:
● A good understanding of the HR basics such employee management, payroll administration and expenses by reporting them to our external consultants
● As well as the Finance basics such uploading monthly expenditure and collect bills from vendors by reporting them to our consultants, as well as managing the invoicing workfl ows and payments ● Ideally ERP user-savvy to help with our company administration (finance system, employee portal)
● Good organisational skills to support on travel bookings and events
● Spanish-speaker, and good level of spoken and written English
Responsibilities include:
● Company’s accounting and HR in collaboration with with our external consultants
● Manage monthly expense reports
● Booking travel and other ad hoc requests
● Making sure the food closet is fully stocked and that the Barcelona offi ce runs smoothly
● Organise team events, be ‘to go’ person for team related questions
