Your Responsibilities As Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities include: Strategic planning and execution Define and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and support the achievement of business objectives. Ensure the translation of technical product features into clear and compelling commercial value proposition, to support product adoption, enhance customer relevance, and contribute to overall market success. Promote cross-functional collaboration to develop cohesive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and ensure consistency across initiatives Oversee the effective management of the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and alignment with strategic priorities. Brand Management : Strengthen and oversee the company’s brand identity across all marketing and communication channels to ensure consistency, increase brand awareness in the digital space, drive website traffic, and support lead acquisition. Content, campaign & events Management Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of multi-channel marketing content and campaigns, including digital media, events, and PR to generate leads, engage target audiences, and strengthen the company’s brand visibility and impact. Market Research and Analystics : Lead marketing analysis and customer insights by conducting market research, evaluating campaign performance, and assessing the end-to-end customer experience across all channels, to identify trends, optimize strategies, and support data-driven decision making. Internal communication: Define and drive the company-wide internal communication strategy in collaboration with People & Organization to ensure alignment, clarity, and engagement across teams and departments.
