As Legal Counsel within a globally active organization headquartered in Belgium, you will play a key role in providing legal guidance across various departments and jurisdictions. You will report directly to the legal leadership team and contribute to the legal integrity of our client's activities.This role offers exposure to a wide range of international legal matters, requiring a high level of accuracy, legal insight, and cross-border collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Deliver pragmatic and business-oriented legal advice, with a strong focus on commercial contracts and contract reviewOversee and manage legal and compliance matters including data protection, anti-bribery, and competition lawProactively handle disputes and claims involving external partiesSupport cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales) in executing international corporate initiativesMaster's degree in Belgian lawAt least 3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, with a focus on commercial lawFluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as Dutch, French, or Spanish are a plusDetail-oriented, structured, and solution-driven with strong organizational skillsExcellent communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and departmentsStep into a strategic role as the trusted right hand of the Legal Manager, where you'll collaborate with passionate professionals and contribute to high-impact legal decisions.
