Job Position Pitch
You will join the Group Security division to define security standards, oversee the overall security posture, and provide centralized services to AXA entities.
Security disciplines within AXA include Information Security, Physical Security and Operational Resilience. You will work with local operations security leaders, local CISOs and other stakeholders to ensure information security is relevant and cost-effective across the local entity. You will act as a senior security expert to support Group Operations and entity management in implementing and maintaining information security.
Main Missions
* Operate and maintain vulnerability management and policy compliance scanning tools
* Perform and improve vulnerability management processes; ensure remediation actions are implemented
* Evaluate security threats, risks and vulnerabilities and provide solutions including current security trends
* Advise IT departments on remediation of vulnerabilities and hardening measures
* Identify and define system security standards to enable other departments to implement appropriate information security
* Perform password weakness scans and password complexity checks
* Define requirements and perform security assessments for projects and applications
* Communicate effectively with audiences at multiple levels to promote Information Security
Experience & Skills
Experience: 3 years in Security Operations context
Technical Skills: Incident and vulnerability management, security tools and investigation techniques
Soft / Transversal Skills: Autonomy, ability to think creatively, ability to communicate with C-levels, clear communication
