We are growing our Best-in-Class Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) capability and creating the role of FBC Demand Planning Manager within the S&OP Team. The role leads FBC's demand management, deploys best-practice demand planning processes, and manages demand planning activities across all sales and marketing channels of the Group. You will report to the FBC S&OP Manager and manage a small team of Demand Planners across local sites. You will ensure excellent service levels by delivering, consolidating, and reviewing accurate demand forecasts across all brands and premium private labels. As part of the integrated S&OP process, you will drive demand reviews and collaborate with the Supply Planning team to ensure short, mid, and long-term product availability, monitor action plans, and support initiatives such as promotions, new product introductions, and obsolescence prevention. You will be a key entry point in the Supply Chain for cross-functional stakeholders and will collaborate with the S&OP team, Sales, (Trade) Marketing, Customer Service, and distributors. You will also manage co-packing activities within FBC Group, coordinating with Customer Service, Logistics, co-packers, and suppliers to optimize supply chain execution. You will work closely with the FBC S&OP Business Analyst to drive continuous improvement across the Demand Planning scope. This role has an international scope and requires a proactive, collaborative approach to balance demand and supply across markets. Main Responsibilities
Demand planning: Manage the Demand Planning process across all brands, delivering accurate short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts. Budget demand planning: Include trend and seasonality analysis and integration of market intelligence with Finance assumptions. Issue resolution: Support resolution of demand & supply reconciliation with the S&OP Board. Strategic input: Provide demand planning input for strategic acquisitions. Cross-functional collaboration: Chair Sales & Operations Planning meetings and communicate forecast outcomes to Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. KPIs: Review and challenge demand-related KPIs. Collaboration: Coach business references on forecasting methods and prioritize constrained demands by customers. Co-Packing strategy: Contribute to development and implementation of Co-Packing strategies and monitor performance of co-packing partners. People management & stakeholder management: Motivate and develop the Demand & Co-Packing planning team; foster transparent communication with key stakeholders within the S&OP process. Continuous improvement: Contribute to the implementation of demand planning and reporting tools, optimize processes, and remove non-value-adding tasks; participate in supply chain strategy projects. Initiatives: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase forecast accuracy and reduce bias; participate in cross-functional projects. Who we are looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning and Management within an international FMCG environment (preferably packaged foods). APICS Certification is a strong advantage. Digital skills, preferably SAP S/4HANA, IBP, and Power BI. Strong, transparent communication and excellent people and stakeholder management. Financial and commercial awareness, including understanding profitability and cost centers. Proven continuous improvement mindset and ability to standardize and harmonize processes. Fluent in English and French. Pro-active, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Resilience and strong time/project management skills. Seniority level
