Customer Service Consultant
* This is a role for a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual who can provide excellent customer service and support to our clients in the BeNeLux region.
* The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer inspiration, new customer acquisition, and long-term customer relationship management in close collaboration with the field sales team.
* Handle customer enquiries along the sales management processes, including product consultation, order processing, complaints management, and customer data management.
* Research projects, calculate quotations, and support the implementation of construction projects.
* Maintain up-to-date data in the IT systems (CRM/SAP) to document customer data.
Requirements:
* A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
* Professional experience in customer service, ideally in a manufacturing company, and a strong technical understanding.
* Sociable, empathetic, solution-focused, and excellent communication skills.
* Fluent Dutch/Flemish and good French skills required; English is a must. We support further language training if needed.
* Experience working with MS Office, SAP (or similar), and a CRM system.
* A high level of service orientation, a hands-on mentality, and a structured and independent way of working.
