Our People Team is looking for a RecruitmentIntern to start on January/February 2026, based in Valencia, Spain to support our recruitment activities for international organizations.
Please be aware we can only move ahead with your application if you can provide a university agreement (are currently enrolled at university).
Your role:
Working under the supervision of the Head of Recruitment, your main responsibilities will be to:
1. Managing the job boards and post job advertisements.
2. Selecting suitable candidates from applications received based on predefined criteria.
3. Sourcing candidates for positions via LinkedIn Recruiter search.
4. Providing administration support for the recruitment team with interviews, offers etc.
5. Communicating daily with the Head of Recruitment in Valencia and other colleagues in other offices- mainly Athens, Brussels, Amsterdam or Luxembourg if necessary.
6. Providing ideas on improvements and think of creative solutions together with the rest of the recruitment team
7. Participating in weekly recruitment meetings to discuss any updates or issues that require support.
8. You will be working at least 2 days per week with the team in the Valencia office and rest remotely (hybrid model).

Your profile:
16. A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
17. You are fluent in English (C1 is must). Knowledge of Spanish is highly appreciated.
18. You have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
19. You have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
20. You are flexible and able to multitask.
21. You are able to work as part of a remote team.
