Job summary
Join us as The Head of Business Excellence to drive excellence, ensuring continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Responsibilities
* Defining the vision, goals, and objectives for business excellence initiatives within Takeda in collaboration with the senior management to align these initiatives with the overall business strategy.
* Identifying areas for improvement, analyzing existing processes, and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
* Leading and managing change initiatives to drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business processes.
* Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in areas such as process improvement, problem-solving, and change management.
* Working closely with cross-functional teams, departments, and external partners to drive collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment of business excellence initiatives.
* Establishing and enforcing project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
* Identifying, assessing and mitigating potential risks to respond to unexpected events.
* Strategically leveraging technology and fostering a culture of innovation within an organization.
Desired requirements
* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration.
* Additional certifications or training in areas such as process improvement methodology, project management, or change management is a plus.
* Knowledge of industry-specific standards.
* Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives or implementing emerging technologies for business excellence.
* Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools to analyze performance data and derive insights.
* Experience in leading cultural change initiatives and fostering innovation within organizations.
