Your Responsibilities
* Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French
* Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
* Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions
* Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Language Requirements
* French: C2
* English: B2
Work Schedule
* Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
* 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
* Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day per week
What We Offer

o Flight reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months of employment (economy class)
o Room in a shared apartment (maximum 12 months), rent 280/month, all bills included directly deducted from salary

* Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (with a monthly contribution); becomes free after 6 months of contract
