The tasks of the Logistics Operations Manager:
Manage and optimize day-to-day operations of a distribution center.
Ensure deadlines and service levels agreed with clients are fully respected.
Allocate resources effectively and communicate proactively with inhouse teams and HR.
Develop teams through training plans, coaching and polyvalence matrices.
Maintain a healthy social climate and follow up on productivity, quality and behaviour.
Oversee KPI management, dashboards and reporting.
Strengthen client relationships through clear and professional communication.
Improve processes while optimizing costs and ensuring 5S and safety standards.
Collaborate with QHSE, IT and Excellence teams on continuous improvements.
The ideal Logistics Operations Manager profile:
Strong knowledge of logistics processes and cross-functional coordination.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with KPIs and dashboards.
Proven leadership with the ability to build a solid and engaged operational structure.
Ability to translate complex challenges into practical, actionable solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Resilient, flexible, autonomous and team-oriented.
Very good command of English and French.
Experience in multi-client environments.
Experience both in the field and in strategic responsibilities.
