Your Mission
As a Project Manager
, you will join the
Project Management Office (PMO)
, a key function ensuring that projects are delivered
on time, within scope, on budget and at the required quality level
, while navigating internal and external constraints.
In this fast-growing biotech company, the PMO is actively
building best practices, processes and a harmonized project management framework
. Due to several new development and commercial projects, we are expanding our PM team—making this a

You will act as the
integrator of cross-functional development activities
, creating and driving a single, integrated project plan across internal teams and external partners. With a strong focus on execution, you will ensure continuous alignment between project objectives, delivery and Quantoom's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
·
Manage end-to-end project activities from planning to delivery
· Oversee project scope, timelines, resources and materials
· Draft, manage and control project budgets
· Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery
· Identify, analyze and mitigate project risks
· Manage contracts with external partners
Governance & Reporting
·
Establish and maintain effective project governance
· Prepare and manage project reports and documentation
· Lead project meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment
· Ensure satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
·
Organize, motivate and support cross-functional project teams
· Apply a servant leadership approach, coaching and mentoring team members
· Contribute to the development of project management best practices
· Capture, document and share lessons learned
· Ensure project outcomes are aligned with company strategy
Your Profile
We are looking for an analytical, organized and proactive
Project Manager
, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· years of experience
in Project Management (or related role) within the
pharmaceutical or biotech industry
(experience in R&D projects is a strong plus)
·
Proven experience working with global, multicultural, cross-functional teams
· Master's degree in Business, Engineering or Life Sciences
· Project Management certification is an asset (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile…)
· Strong experience in budget and financial management
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
