MindCapture is a fast-growing consultancy firm that provides services in Life Sciences (lab, biotech, IVD, pharmaceuticals, med-tech) and Cleantech (biobased and circular economy, energy transition, smart water management). We focus on innovative environments and forward-looking talent in these sectors. As a Business Development and Talent Acquisition Expert, you'll dive deep into the exciting world of recruitment and business development.

This role is perfect for individuals eager to kick-start their career in a dynamic, innovative environment. You have the opportunity to work in a scale-up environment, getting in contact with all parts of the organization.

As a Talent Consultant:

* Focus on identifying trends and talent pools within Life Sciences and Cleantech.
* Approach potential candidates through professional networks and social media.
* Manage the entire process from sourcing to hiring.
* Create and implement strategies specifically aimed at your focus areas.
* Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company's vision.

As a Business Consultant:

* Create new business opportunities by approaching both new and existing clients.
* Develop and execute business development strategies.
* Maintain and expand relationships with new and existing clients for ongoing growth.
* Negotiate favorable terms by leading effective contract discussions.
* Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify new opportunities.
* Represent the company at industry events to enhance networking and visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications
You have a background in a scientific or technical field. An additional diploma in management is a plus.

* You are entrepreneurial, analytically strong, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* You have 0-5 years of experience in business development or recruitment, preferably within Life Sciences or Cleantech.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
