Magotteaux seeks an experienced Key Account Manager to play a key role in strengthening and retaining customer relationships in Western Europe.

Job Description
This strategic position will be responsible for developing and securing long-term relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
* Define and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Structuring sales activities and managing performance to set clear and motivating objectives, ensure the quality of offers, and the structuring of reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
* A Master's degree in sales, marketing, or engineering, with at least 10 years' B2B sales experience in an industrial environment, including team management.
* Strong network in one of the following sectors: mining, cement, aggregates, recycling, or heavy industry.
* Excellent command of English, French, and German languages.
* Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is an asset.
