Job Description
ServiceNow Global Public Sector (GPS) is expanding its leadership team of experienced professionals passionate about transforming client experiences with our digital workflow platform. We partner with leading public institutions and global organizations, continuously evolving, with high expectations for our team members. This role involves driving growth strategies, understanding client requirements, supporting sales, and developing pipeline opportunities within the public sector in Europe. You will manage executive relationships, engage with partners, and lead virtual teams to support our key clients.
* Serve as the regional lead for GPS in Europe, engaging with senior government officials, higher education leaders, and partners to support their missions and share best practices.
* Develop and drive strategic market priorities, resource allocation, and investments across cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Product.
* Act as a domain expert in public sector areas, developing our POV, leading thought leadership, enabling sales teams, and managing communities of interest.
* Implement data-driven measurement and reporting strategies to help sales teams grow impact and identify new opportunities.
* Create a multi-year roadmap to orchestrate ServiceNow solutions for client success.
* Support the GPS team with insights to develop innovative solutions for emerging challenges.
* Partner with local sales teams to understand client needs and market trends in EMEA.
* Achieve growth targets and measure success for clients, partners, and internal teams.
* Utilize strong business acumen and relationship management skills to enhance mission success and global alliances.
Qualifications
To succeed, you should have:
* 8+ years of leadership experience in high-growth public sector businesses, including client management, IT service management, partnerships, product, and sales.
* Experience in leadership roles within government or public sector service delivery.
* Experience leading programs that improve public sector customer experiences.
* Understanding of emerging technologies like AI, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Accessibility, and User-Centered Design in EMEA.
* A proven track record of achieving performance targets related to growth and impact.
* Ability to understand macro-level business and IT needs, especially concerning NATO and EU institutions.
* Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments, advising, collaborating, and leading teams.
* Experience engaging with all organizational levels, from front-line teams to senior leaders and officials.
* Experience in client management and aligning strategies with growth opportunities.
* At least 2 years as a Global Client Director or similar, with multi-million-dollar solutions and executive relationships.
* Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams.
* Proficiency in German and/or French (preferably both).
* Willingness to travel up to 40%.
