2. Writing and posting job advertisements
3. Conducting phone and in-person interviews
4. Negotiating job offers
5. Tracking candidates throughout the recruitment process
6. Collaborating with managers and HR teams
Profile
You have the following qualifications:
7. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition in the industrial sector
8. Excellent sourcing and screening skills
9. Proficiency in digital recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
10. Strong communication and negotiation skills
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. English and French are mandatory.
