As an HR Consultant - French & English your responsibilities are:

* Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HR matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to client needs.
* Support recruitment activities, including job description creation and candidate assessment.
* Mediate and resolve employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR best practices.
* Prepare detailed HR reports and documentation for clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.



Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes in human resources.Sales & Business Development

* Develop and manage a portfolio of clients through active prospecting and account management.
* Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
* Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Negotiate commercial terms and manage recruitment mandates from A to Z.
* Actively contribute to the growth of our Brussels office.



Recruitment & People Management

* Source, interview, and select qualified candidates.
* Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Work closely with international teams across the group.




A successful HR Consultant - French & English should have:

* Fluency in both French and English to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
* A relevant academic background in human resources or a related field.
* Proven expertise in HR practices and employment law.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* The ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
