is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located
in Beveren-Waas. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible
for various day-to-day tasks including providing administrative
support, managing phone calls, and maintaining communication with
internal and external stakeholders. They will be responsible for
executive administrative and commercial tasks and various clerical
duties to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications - Administrative Assistance and Executive
Administrative Assistance skills - Strong Communication skills and
Phone Etiquette - Clerical Skills - Excellent organizational and
time-management skills - Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS
Office) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team -
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous - Bachelor's
degree or relevant certification is a plus
