As an ICU Account Manager Voice & Respiratory Care (VRC) in Wallonia, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for all VRC products whithin the ICU departments across hospitals in Wallonia. This includes both existing and potential new customers. Your journey begins with joining a dynamic Belgian team, where you will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to ensure seamless management of key accounts across the region.
Your day-to-day activities will involve partnering with the Product Specialist to visit patients, ensuring our products meet their needs and improve their quality of life. You will be the face of our company in hospitals, managing contracts and fostering strong relationships with key departments such as ENT and ICU. Your ability to identify and engage key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare professionals in the fields of Laryngectomy and Tracheotomy will be crucial to your success.
You will develop and execute a detailed Key Account plan. Your proactive approach will ensure that you stay ahead of market trends, continuously updating your knowledge on products, diseases, customers, and competitors.

Who are you?
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Experience at an Intensive Care Unit (as a nurse or in a commercial role) is essential.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. You are a strategic thinker and have excellent problem solving skills
5. You are result-driven
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Fluency in French and English
