Job Description
As a Global HR Process Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources function of an exceptional and fast-growing international organization. This is a unique opportunity to drive the design and governance of core HR processes across its global footprint.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of the global HR information system (HRIS), driving the development of scalable HR infrastructure, and ensuring data integrity and quality. Required Skills and Qualifications
* You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or any related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in HRIS and/or HR process ownership, preferably in an international and decentralized organization.
* Strong leadership skills, enabling you to coordinate and lead transformation and digitization processes.
* Culturally sensitive to maximize adoption across countries.
* A strong process mindset with an eye for data quality.
* Passionate and experienced in building scalable HR infrastructure.
* Strong knowledge of HR core processes (performance management, compensation cycles, and organizational structure).
