About The Job We are looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to join our Digital Planning team. This product manager will lead the evolution of pricing capabilities at LS&Co across initial price setting, promotional planning, and markdown optimization. You’ll shape the experience that connects decision‑making tools with machine learning models, empowering teams to make data‑informed choices with confidence. This is a high‑impact role that blends strategy, design, and technology to deliver intuitive, intelligent solutions for global pricing.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building or delivering a product or technical solution. Experience in the retail and apparel sector, as well as familiarity with internal go‑to‑market or pricing processes, would be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
Support the creation of the product vision, goals, and roadmap.
Drive OKR product roadmap delivery in conjunction with your leader and cross‑functional team.
Manage a dynamic and evolving product backlog – prioritise new ideas, enhancement requests from users, competitive analysis, and engagement data for your product.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders to prioritise enhancements, new capabilities, technical debt and innovation.
Collaborate closely with other product managers in the Digital space; manage competing priorities and dependencies across dozens of other roadmaps and system integrations.
Partner with engineering and product design to build a product that delights our users, balancing technology, look and feel, and speed to market.
Clearly document initiatives, breaking them down into user stories that can be delivered in small, iterative pieces.
Conduct competitive analysis, evaluate other retailers, and stay informed on the industry and evolving technologies.
Conduct and participate in user research to deeply understand our user group’s needs and deliver the best solution.
Use data to inform and lead with recommendations.
Support product releases through close partnerships with business and operations teams and communicate changes to business users.
Communicate progress and blockers to team members, product leadership, and stakeholders.
Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing of functional and user‑facing requirements.
Develop an understanding of LS&Co. go‑to‑market processes.
About You
4‑6 years’ experience in product management for complex software products.
Experience working with digital go‑to‑market tools, pricing and promotions preferred.
Experience in apparel and/or go‑to‑market a plus.
Experience driving product development across cross‑functional teams to implement internal user‑facing solutions.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Can quickly evaluate complex issues and break them into actionable steps.
Experience gathering and transforming user problems into an actionable product roadmap.
