We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a cross-functional Agile squad within a leading banking environment.
Your Role
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retro)
* Ensure proper application of Agile methodology
* Coach team & stakeholders on Agile best practices
* Remove impediments and protect the team
* Monitor sprint progress, capacity & velocity
* Manage backlog consistency in Jira
* Drive continuous improvement
Required
* 5+ years as Scrum Master
* Scrum Master Certification
* Strong Agile coaching experience
* Banking sector experience
* Experience with Jira
* Fluent French & English
