Conduct feasibility studies, experimentation, and proof‑of‑concepts to guide decision‑making and prioritize initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to maintain a balanced portfolio aligned with organizational objectives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead evaluations of emerging technologies and assess alignment with organizational goals. /li liConduct feasibility studies and experimentation supporting the development of POCs for new technology initiatives. /li liMake informed decisions regarding project prioritization and viability based on thorough analysis. /li liPerform comprehensive market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. /li liFacilitate portfolio balancing to ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation and implement new technology solutions. /li liProvide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on evaluation outcomes and market trends. /li liImplement and execute a methodology to evaluate the business case for and prioritize initiatives within the portfolio based on alignment with strategic goals, potential business value, technical feasibility, and resource requirements. /li liEstablish metrics and KPIs to measure progress and report regularly to stakeholders. /li liPartner with initiative leaders to identify and manage risks associated with the initiatives, developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. /li liEnsure initiatives within the portfolio are aligned with GRA strategic goals and objectives, driving discussions with senior leaders to secure support. /li liIdentify key value drivers and develop the business case for each initiative within the portfolio, quantifying potential benefits such as cost savings, increased efficiency, or improved stakeholder satisfaction. /li liTrack the realization of benefits for each initiative, monitoring progress and evaluating actual benefits achieved compared to projected benefits. /li liCommunicate value created by initiatives to key stakeholders, including senior leaders, through reports and presentations that illustrate realized benefits and impact on GRA's goals and objectives. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation /b ul liBachelor’s degree in scientific, business, or technical discipline, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or a related field – required. /li liMaster’s degree highly preferred. /li /ul /li libWork Experience /b ul li8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry – required. /li liPeople and team management experience highly preferred. /li /ul /li libTechnical Competency / Skills /b ul liStrong understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence, blockchain, IoT, etc.) and their applications across industries – required. /li liExperience in technology evaluation methodologies and frameworks – required. /li /ul /li libAnalytical Skills /b ul liProven ability to conduct thorough market and competitive analysis, including data interpretation and trend forecasting – preferred. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills focused on feasibility assessments and strategic decision‑making – required. /li /ul /li libProject Management /b ul liExperience managing projects or initiatives, including proof‑of‑conceptions, from inception to completion – required. /li liFamiliarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus. /li /ul /li travel. /p h3Benefits Compensation /h3 ul liBase pay ranges: ul liPoland: 278,000.00 – 478,400.00 PLN /li liBelgium: 96,000.00 – 165,025.00 EUR /li liNetherlands: 82,900.00 – 144,210.00 EUR (includes 8% holiday allowance) /li /ul /li liAnnual bonus with set target (percentage of pay) depending on pay grade/location, based on company and employee performance. /li liVacation days, parental leave
