KPMG Belgium – Lighthouse (Data & AI)
KPMG Lighthouse is the Data & AI Center of Excellence within KPMG Belgium. As the AI Sector Lead for Corporates, you will drive our AI strategy and market growth within the corporate segment. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Consumer & Retail, Energy & Utilities, Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing and other key industries to translate business challenges into AI‑enabled transformation opportunities.
This role combines sector leadership, commercial responsibility, solution shaping, and delivery oversight. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive clients and guide multidisciplinary teams across the full AI lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Lead the AI value proposition for the Corporates sector, shaping go‑to‑market strategies and defining priority offerings.
* Drive commercial growth through opportunity identification, client relationship development and proposal leadership.
* Translate complex business problems into AI and data‑driven solutions, working closely with Lighthouse teams in AI & Transformation, Data Governance, Data Architecture and AAML.
* Guide end‑to‑end delivery of AI programmes (strategy, use‑case design, data readiness, model development, implementation and change management).
* Act as sector thought leader by creating viewpoints, participating in events and supporting marketing initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with partners and directors, ensuring alignment between sector ambitions and Lighthouse capabilities.
* Coach and mentor team members, contributing to capability development across Data & AI.
* Safeguard quality, compliance, ethical AI standards and responsible data usage throughout engagements.
Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Data, AI or Digital Transformation within a corporate environment or consultancy.
* Strong sector affinity with at least one of the following: Consumer & Retail, Energy & Utilities, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Logistics, Telco, or related corporate industries.
* Proven commercial and delivery track record: shaping proposals, winning projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to articulate AI concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Understanding of data governance, architecture, model lifecycle management and responsible AI principles.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
* A natural leader with strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking and coaching capabilities.
