As a Business Controller within our Contract Logistics team, you play a key role in overseeing the financial management and controlling of a full site. You act as a trusted financial partner to site management, supporting decision-making through clear and data-driven insights. By translating financial data into actionable recommendations, you actively drive performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth. You report directly to the National Controller Contract Logistics.
How you create impact
1. Partner with site management to provide financial and operational insights that support decision-making
2. Drive performance improvement initiatives by identifying risks and opportunities
3. Analyse and challenge customer contracts, pricing models, and business cases
4. Lead monthly closing, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes
5. Validate the financial impact of operational changes and investments
6. Support strategic projects, including commercial proposals and investment analysis
What we would like you to bring
7. Relevant experience in Finance / Controlling, ideally in a business-facing role
8. Ideally a good understanding of logistics cost structures, KPIs, and operational drivers
9. Ability to act as a trusted business partner, confidently challenging stakeholders and decisions
10. Combination of analytical thinking with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
11. Capability to translate complex financial topics into clear, structured insights and recommendations
12. High level of ownership, proactivity, and comfort working in dynamic, international environments
