So, what is Havas Market?
Havas Market is the performance and commerce powerhouse of Havas Media, built on four integrated pillars: Retail Media, Performance Media, Performance Content, and E‑Commerce.
The scope is huge and keeps expanding. One day you’re scaling PMax on Google. The next, you’re launching a brand on TikTok Shops, activating Retail Media with Carrefour or Delhaize, architecting Amazon strategies, or pushing brands into AI‑driven answer engines. This is one of the most exciting moments in performance marketing in years, and we want someone energized by that pace.

You’ll make Havas Market Belgium the reference in performance and commerce locally. Build something bold in a country that rewards those who get the Brussels, Flemish and Walloon ecosystems right.
You’ll work with Belgian retailers, marketplaces, and a diverse client portfolio spanning FMCG, retail, automotive, telco, finance and B2B. Full autonomy to shape strategy and bring our global capabilities (300+ senior experts across Madrid, Mumbai and Bogota) to local accounts.
What you’ll do
Own the local vision. Define and deploy the Havas Market roadmap in Belgium. Drive commercial growth. Win new business. Grow accounts beyond media‑only KPIs. Lead an integrated offer across our four pillars. Build deep partnerships with, Colruyt Group, Delhaize, Carrefour Belgium, Fnac, Krëfel, Amazon, and the emerging players shaping tomorrow’s commerce landscape. Build and lead your team.
Who you are
8 to 15 years in digital, e‑commerce or performance marketing, ideally agency‑side. A commercial mind who’s grown business, not just managed it; a leader who builds high‑performing teams. You understand Belgium: the trilingual reality, the retail landscape, the cultural codes across Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia. Fluent in English, plus either French or Dutch. Bilingual FR/NL is a strong plus.
