Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator based in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves overseeing inventory management, coordinating supply chain processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Coordinator will also liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers to maintain effective communication and provide excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include data analysis to optimize logistics operations and problem-solving to address supply chain challenges.
Qualifications
Proficient in Analytical Skills and Supply Chain Management to optimize processes and solve logistics challenges
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with vendors, teams, and clients
Experience in Inventory Management to ensure accurate tracking and optimization of stock levels
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with logistics software and tools is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
