Ph3Overview /h3 pWithin our Panels division, we have an ambitious and fast‑growing industrial segment where design and technical expertise come together. As Sales Director – Decorative Industry, you will lead a compact international team, drive new business, and strengthen Unilin’s position as a strategic partner for the furniture and interior industry. You will operate in an environment where product, market, design and production are closely intertwined, and actively contribute to shaping the future of the decorative segment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and develop a team of 4 sales professionals within the decorative industrial segment, supporting them in complex customer cases, negotiations and key deals. /li liBuild and expand new customers and markets, with a strong focus on business development, translating market trends and design insights into concrete commercial opportunities. /li liManage a limited number of strategic key accounts to stay closely connected to the market and operational reality. /li liDefine and drive the commercial strategy for the segment, aligned with the broader Unilin Panels strategy, positioning Unilin as a high‑quality, must‑have partner in the industry. /li liCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as general management, marketing, product management, pricing and quality. /li liStrengthen the link with specification teams and ensure a consistent and profitable market approach. /li liContribute to the professionalisation of the sales approach, including pricing and margin management; report regularly on sales performance and results, providing an analytical component. /li liReport to the Sales and Marketing Director. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in strategic sales roles, with prior team/people management experience. /li liStrong leadership, business‑development mindset and a drive to acquire and activate new customers. /li liAffinity for the world of design, interiors or decorative materials. /li liQuick understanding of complex organisations, products and markets, comfortable in an international environment. /li liPragmatic, solution‑oriented and able to thrive in ambiguous environments. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pUnilin offers an attractive salary supplemented with fringe benefits, career opportunities, challenges abroad and a wide range of training options. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
