We're looking for a seasoned
Reporting & Data Lead
to drive data excellence within a leading pharmaceutical organisation. This role is key to managing go-to-market datasets, streamlining reporting operations, and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee activity, in-market, patient, and market research data
* Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance
* Lead reporting processes and dashboard development
* Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, and Market Access teams
* Align KPIs and reporting frameworks across countries
* Manage daily data operations and issue resolution
* Promote ethical data usage and accountability
Your Profile:
* 8+ years in data management/reporting, ideally in pharma or healthcare
* Strong BI skills: SQL, Snowflake, Power BI
* Familiarity with CRM data models and pharma data landscapes
* Proven leadership in cross-functional data projects
* Fluent in English, with excellent stakeholder engagement
