Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to: What you’ll be doing: Data Detective: Dive into performance data to uncover insights that help optimize occupancy and revenue across our houses. Dashboard Builder: Support the creation and improvement of dashboards and reporting tools to track performance like a pro. Insight Translator: Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for the commercial, marketing, and tech teams. Cross-Team Collaborator: Work closely with Marketing and Tech on exciting projects like CRM (HubSpot) implementation, lead journey optimization, and performance tracking. Performance Pilot: Contribute to KPI decks and support weekly and monthly business reviews to keep everyone aligned and on track. Sales Enabler: Help build training materials, playbooks, and documentation to onboard and empower our sales team. Market Explorer: Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to keep us one step ahead of the game. Strategy Sidekick: Support high-impact strategic projects such as yield management optimization and CRM improvements.
