We are seeking a skilled Administrative Agent to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our service, including:
* Assuring the smooth running of our service by following up on absences, modifications and cancellations of client appointments
* Preparing and adjusting the weekly schedule based on customer needs and constraints
* Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients, colleagues and customers in a professional and timely manner
* Keeping clients informed of any changes or cancellations regarding their appointments
* Ensuring effective communication between different stakeholders: colleagues, managers and clients
* Responding to client complaints and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
* A diploma in administrative commerce
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent proficiency in MS Office
* Fluency in Luxembourgish, French and German languages
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
