We are supporting a well-established European player in the multi-brand automotive distribution sector in recruiting a new Site Manager.
With a strong presence in Belgium and a growing network of dealerships, this group represents several premium automotive brands and is expanding its operations in the region.
In this context, we are looking for a Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a dealership located in Flanders. This is a strategic role, combining operational oversight, team management, commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the dealership (new and used vehicle sales, after-sales service, and parts).
* Translate the group’s strategy and objectives into a concrete, measurable action plan.
* Monitor financial, commercial and operational KPIs, ensuring budget compliance.
* Lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams (sales, after-sales, administration).
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction aligned with brand standards.
* Act as the dealership’s ambassador to the group’s leadership and the local market.
* Initiate and support continuous improvement projects to enhance site performance.
Your profile
* Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the automotive sector, including at least 2 years as a Site Manager, Sales Manager, or equivalent.
* Solid background in both team management (2–3 years) and hands-on experience in sales or after-sales.
* Fluent in Dutch (working language), with good command of English and ideally some French.
* Proven leadership skills: ability to inspire, engage, and give constructive feedback.
* Strong business acumen, customer-oriented and results-driven.
* Proactive mindset, autonomous, and motivated by challenge.
* Higher education degree is a plus, but relevant experience will be highly valued.
