ERP Techno-Functional Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics / Navision)

Are you an experienced ERP professional who loves improving systems, optimizing processes, and supporting a dynamic international environment? Our client—an innovative leader in pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging—is looking for an ERP Techno-Functional Specialist to strengthen their European IT landscape.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for all ERP and enterprise systems across multiple European sites. You’ll ensure smooth operations, drive process improvements, and lead enhancements that help the business work smarter every day.
What You’ll Do
* Own and optimize the ERP environment (Microsoft Dynamics / Navision) across EU locations
* Analyze, improve, and streamline business processes for greater efficiency
* Maintain clear ERP documentation, including workflows and process descriptions
* Support data accessibility through Power BI dashboards and analytics
* Manage integrations and interfaces, especially via Dell Boomi
* Support Electronic Batch Records and Werum PAS-X
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams
* Provide functional support for systems like Blue Mountain, APS (Preactor), and automation platforms
* Ensure system usability and stability for all operational departments
Who You Are
* Strong communicator in English (Dutch is a plus)
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies
* Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized
* Experienced in BI tools, particularly Power BI
* 7+ years in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role
* Background in a techno-functional ERP role with solid documentation and operational management skills
* Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
