Life Performance & Steering Expert
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Life Performance & Steering Expert. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including C-suite members, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple accounting regimes, providing business-relevant insights, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
* Transversal steering of Allianz Benelux's Life KPIs, particularly IFRS17 P&L, IFRS17 CSM, New Business Margins, and Return-on-Equity.
* Comfortable switching between multiple accounting regimes and translating key concepts to provide business-relevant insights.
* Actively manage all contributors involved in producing the Life P&L (both Actual & Planned), ensuring timeliness and quality of delivery.
* Streamline less efficient processes / introduce more digital tooling & mindset within the team.

Your Profile:
* Masters degree in actuarial, finance, econometrics/statistics, or relevant field.
* +10-year experience in Controlling/Actuarial/Risk.
* Experience of IFRS17.
* Capable of managing different stakeholders.
* Fluent English, French, and/or Dutch language skills.
* Intrinsic drive and skills to work in an international environment.
