The Role
We are seeking an E&I Engineer to join our South Holland site. In this role, you will provide technical support for projects and ongoing optimisation of processing facilities with a wide product range in the Food & Beverage + Farming sector. You will contribute your expertise to the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
· Provide technical support for projects and long-term optimisation of production facilities.
· Design, install, and maintain systems, components, and electrical equipment.
· Develop concepts and strategic supply options, with an emphasis on safety and reliability.
· Integrate new technologies, legislation, and internal standards into project planning.
· Conduct project reviews and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
· Offer coaching and consultancy to colleagues and partners across different levels.
What you bring
· Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
· Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience, ideally in an industrial or production environment. Food & Beverage experience ideal.
· Strong knowledge of electrical industrial systems (low and medium voltage distribution).
· Familiarity with IEC regulations; ATEX knowledge is an advantage.
· Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
· A proactive, structured, and results-oriented working style.
· Willingness and ability to work across all areas of the facility (including physical tasks such as climbing stairs, confined spaces, varying temperatures).
· Fluency in Dutch. Proficient in English.
