Curious, you want to know more : www.walterwelton.com Description of the function As a trainee HR consultant you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks: The sourcing and search for candidates on the different jobboards, social networks, ; The pre-selection by phone and the interviews of candidates in agencies; Call Cold - Phone prospecting to companies in order to set up job interviews; The management of administrative tasks, the elaboration of documents and the follow-up of each candidate. The analysis of various tests (personality, psycho-technical, commercial, ); Recruitment and selection of candidates for vacancies of Walter Welton's clients. Your Profile We are looking for an intern available for a minimum period of 2 months, ideally full time. You are not afraid of the telephone, to meet candidates (real or virtual), to take initiatives. You know how to move to Watermael-Boitsfort and open to teleworking.
