* Une culture de collaboration renforcée, essentielle en période de changement.
Votre mission :
Piloter l'ensemble des flux logistiques du site, depuis l'approvisionnement en matières premières jusqu'à la livraison des produits finis. Vous serez garant(e) de la performance, de la qualité de service et de la fluidité des opérations, tout en accompagnant les équipes dans la transition vers de nouveaux outils et méthodes.
Vos responsabilités :
Planification & Coordination :
* Élaborer le planning directeur et de production en lien avec les équipes.
* Piloter le processus S&OP pour aligner les besoins commerciaux et les capacités opérationnelles.
* Suivre les commandes clients et leur avancement, en lien avec le Customer Service.
Gestion des flux logistiques :
* Calculer et commander les matières premières selon les besoins.
* Superviser les opérations de réception, stockage, préparation de commandes, expédition.
* Gérer les flux entrants et sortants, y compris les déchets (tri sélectif, boues, cassés, etc.) et les colis express.
Gestion des stocks :
* Assurer la fiabilité des inventaires et optimiser les niveaux de stock.
* Participer à la régulation des volumes en lien avec les objectifs de working capital.
Encadrement & Leadership :
* Manager les équipes logistiques (matières premières, planning, caristes).
* Organiser le travail, développer les compétences, gérer les plannings.
* Fédérer les équipes autour des objectifs communs, en période de changement.
Suivi de la performance :
* Suivre les KPI logistiques et produire des rapports réguliers.
* Mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration continue : Lean, optimisation des capacités de stockage, digitalisation.
Gestion du changement & des projets :
* Être acteur(trice) clé dans la mise en place de l'ERP.
* Accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption des nouveaux outils.
* Gérer le stress et les priorités avec sérénité et méthode.
* Encourager une collaboration transversale et une communication fluide.
* Piloter des projets logistiques stratégiques, tels que l'augmentation de la capacité de stockage, la réorganisation des zones de flux ou l'intégration de nouvelles technologies.
Achats & Relations externes :
* Être l'interface entre la logistique et les achats (local et groupe).
* Négocier les coûts de transport et gérer les prestataires externes.
Environnement & Sécurité :
* Suivre la chaîne d'élimination des déchets et leur valorisation.
* Respecter les politiques QHSEE et contribuer à la réduction énergétique.
* Maintenir les zones de stockage dans un état impeccable.
Profil recherché :
* Leadership naturel, sens de l'organisation, rigueur et réactivité.
* Maîtrise des outils logistiques (ERP, outils de prévision).
* Solides compétences en gestion de projet, analyse de données et conduite du changement.
* Bonne connaissance des environnements industriels et des flux complexes.
* Capacité à gérer le stress et à fédérer les équipes dans un contexte de transformation.
Formation / Expérience :
* Bac +3 à Bac +5 en logistique, supply chain ou gestion industrielle.
* Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement en milieu industriel.
* Expérience confirmée en gestion du changement, notamment dans des projets ERP ou de transformation logistique.
* Expérience en pilotage de projets logistiques structurants.
* Une bon niveau d'anglais (B2/C1) est un atout

Your Mission:
Lead and optimize all logistics flows on site, from raw material procurement to the delivery of finished goods. You will ensure operational performance, service quality, and smooth execution, while supporting teams through the transition to new tools and methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Coordination:
* Develop the master and production schedules in collaboration with production teams.
* Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to align commercial demand with operational capacity.
* Monitor customer orders and progress in coordination with Customer Service.
Flow Management:
* Calculate and order raw materials based on production needs.
* Supervise receiving, storage, order preparation (inspection, packaging), and shipping operations.
* Manage inbound and outbound flows, including waste (sorting, sludge, broken items) and express parcels.
Inventory Management:
* Ensure inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels.
* Contribute to stock volume regulation in line with working capital objectives.
Team Leadership:
* Manage logistics teams (raw materials, planning, forklift operators).
* Organize work schedules, develop team skills, and ensure efficient planning.
* Unite teams around shared goals, especially during periods of change.
Performance Monitoring:
* Track logistics KPIs and produce regular reports.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives: Lean management, storage capacity optimization, and process digitalization.
Change & Project Management:
* Play a key role in the ERP implementation and logistics transformation.
* Support teams in adopting new tools and workflows.
* Manage stress and priorities with calm and structure.
* Promote cross-functional collaboration and open communication.
* Lead strategic logistics projects, such as increasing storage capacity, reorganizing flow zones, or integrating new technologies.
Purchasing & External Relations:
* Act as the interface between logistics and purchasing (local and group).
* Negotiate transport costs and manage relationships with external providers.
Environment & Safety:
* Oversee waste disposal and recovery processes.
* Comply with QHSEE policies (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Energy).
* Contribute to energy reduction objectives.
* Maintain storage areas in excellent condition.
Profile:
* Natural leadership, strong organizational skills, rigor, and responsiveness.
* Proficiency in logistics tools (ERP, forecasting systems).
* Strong project management, data analysis, and change management skills.
* Solid understanding of industrial environments and complex flows.
* Ability to manage stress and engage teams in a transformation context.
Education / Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, or industrial management.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial setting.
* Proven experience in change management, especially in ERP or logistics transformation projects.
* Experience in leading strategic logistics projects.
