Orthopaedic Sales Specialist
Sales Role Summary:
This is a high-value sales position focused on promoting premium orthopaedic implants and surgical robotics solutions to key decision-makers within hospitals in the Limburg region of Belgium.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a designated territory with strong existing customer relationships.
* Build trusted partnerships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital executives.
* Provide expert clinical support during surgical procedures, particularly robotic-assisted cases.
* Promote a portfolio of innovative orthopaedic products and technology.
* Develop strategic plans to drive account growth through product training, customer engagement, and solution-based selling.
* Act as a consultative partner to healthcare professionals, identifying opportunities to enhance patient outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Previous sales experience in orthopaedics, trauma, or related surgical specialties.
* Strong knowledge of the hospital environment and theatre procedures.
* A confident, self-motivated attitude, with a passion for surgical innovation.
* Fluency in Dutch; English and/or French are advantageous.
* The ability to work independently, with flexibility to relocate within the region (if necessary).
