Receptionist-Office Manager
for an international client.

As a
Receptionist-Office Manager
, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the reception and office.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming Services:
- Greet guests in person, via phone, or online platforms
- Provide technical support for virtual meetings
- Manage event paperwork and logistics
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and handle communication tasks
Office Services:
- Handle taxi bookings, catering requests, printing, and room arrangements
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of rooms
- Manage facility access and display flags when necessary
- Assist in creating PowerPoint slides for events
Administrative Support:
- Assist with research preparations and digital platforms
- Manage surveys, data, and communication templates
- Keep storage areas tidy and assist with facility tours
Facility Operations:
- Ensure equipment and software are operational
- Provide first-line support and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with IT support for complex problems
- Conduct regular facility maintenance checks
Audio-Visual Systems:
- Oversee meeting room technology and AV systems
- Troubleshoot audio and video equipment
- Assist users with technical setup and support
Profil
Your profile:
. Previous office management or receptionist experience is required (1 to 5 years)
. Excellent communication, interpersonal and diplomacy skills
. Strong administrative and organizational abilities
. Tech savvy with a knack for problem-solving, good knowledge of MS Office Suite, meeting and viewing room applications
. Hands-on and able to multitask
. Full proficiency in English (written and spoken), any other language is an asset
