* Act as the main liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring system standards, consistency, and capability alignment.
* Lead ERP and digital initiatives from planning through delivery, including enhancements and change management.
* Oversee vendors, contracts, licensing, and application budgets to ensure value and adherence to expectations.
* Monitor system performance, user adoption, and service quality, driving improvements where necessary.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
