Key Commercial Product Owner Role
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth and customer satisfaction through the development and delivery of digital solutions. As a seasoned product owner, you will be responsible for shaping and prioritizing these solutions to meet the needs of our commercial teams.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a clear understanding of commercial objectives and priorities.
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
* Prioritize demands based on business value, customer impact, and strategic alignment.
* Create end-to-end solutions that enhance customer experience, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
* Maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
h3>Skillset:
Languages: English (fluent) or Dutch/French( conversational). Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics/IT/Business related field desirable but not necessary ,Experience as product owner/project manager preferred ,Customer portals,digital integrations,data-driven products preferable.Owns knowledge about leading/coordinating multidisciplinary team;Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement desired
