We are looking for an experienced and motivated Front Officer Team Coordinator who is fluent in Dutch, French and English.

You will oversee the daily operations of our Front Office team, support team members in achieving their commercial targets, and ensure that every prospect and customer enjoys an outstanding experience throughout their journey with Edebex.


Your mission

As Front Officer Team Coordinator, you will:

* Team Coordination & Leadership
* Lead, coach, and support a team of Front Officers / Lead Convertors.
* Organize daily workflows, set priorities, and ensure team performance meets operational and commercial targets.
* Monitor KPIs, track activity levels, and report progress to management.
* Provide regular feedback, training, and development to team members.



* Operational & Commercial Responsibilities
* Negotiate and adjust contractual terms to meet the needs of potential clients, including complex deals.
* Oversee the identification, qualification, and conversion of new leads.
* Ensure consistent follow-up on prospects and smooth onboarding of new clients.
* Act as an operational reference point for complex cases requiring clarification or escalation.
* Guarantee high-quality communication and service delivery in Dutch and French.



* Process Optimization
* Contribute to improving Front Office procedures, scripts, and workflows.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, and Operations to streamline the client journey.
* Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial documentation handled by the team.



About you

* You are a natural leader with a commercial mindset and an eye for process efficiency.
* You have succesfully acheived bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
* Native or fluent Dutch and French, with strong communication and negotiation skills in both. (English is an asset.)
* At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role, ideally in a financial environment.
* Experience guiding or mentoring team members (formal team lead experience is a plus).
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with KPIs and performance dashboards.
* High attention to detail and precision in handling financial documentation.
* A proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset — you thrive in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
