MISSION
Understand customer needs and their operational context in order to propose solutions that meet their expectations, are coherent, sustainable, and aligned with Speos' product vision.
Lead customer projects end-to-end, from scoping to go-live and the first billing run, ensuring controlled delivery, clear governance, and effective collaboration between internal teams and customers.
Support, frame, and when necessary challenge customers in a gradual transition from custom project logic to a more standardized product-driven approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Solution Architect Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Business & Functional Analysis
When necessary, contribute to opportunity scoping during the pre-sales phase to ensure alignment between customer needs, product capabilities, delivery constraints, and to support a realistic and sustainable commitment framing.
Understand, assess, and formalize customers' business needs (issues, objectives, constraints, priorities) by mapping those needs, existing systems (legacy), platform capabilities, and the product roadmap, in order to recommend solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and are consistent with Speos' vision.
Challenge specific or unrealistic customer requests, reframe them constructively based on constraints and Speos' vision, and propose relevant alternatives to ensure solutions remain compatible with contractual commitments, product capabilities, and Speos' operational constraints.
Translate business needs into detailed and clear functional specifications for development and implementation teams; keep project documentation up to date throughout the customer lifecycle to support operational service quality.
Act as the voice of the customer and escalate platform evolution needs to the Product Manager to ensure product development meets customer requirements.
Bridge Sales, IT, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
Project Management
Act as the main customer contact during projects and ensure structured and transparent communication on progress, risks, impacts, and trade-offs, in coordination with other customer-facing stakeholders.
Structure and enforce project governance (scope, roles and responsibilities, decision-making bodies, escalations, deliverables) to enable efficient teamwork.
Manage projects end-to-end in an agile IT environment: define and maintain a realistic project plan (milestones, dependencies, risks), monitor progress, and drive the necessary decisions until delivery to ensure project success.
Work closely with testers and contribute to functional test plan creation to ensure deliverables comply with validated specifications.
Identify opportunities to improve project and delivery processes, propose and help implement improvements to strengthen overall delivery efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency.
