Zebra is looking for a bdynamic and driven Senior Sales Enginee r /b to join our talented, expanding team. /p pIn this highly visible role, you will be the technical bpowerhouse behind our sales force /b, bridging the gap between our cutting-edge products and the unique business challenges of our customers across the bBenelux market /b. This is a hybrid, field-based role designed for those who thrive on variety and direct engagement. While you will enjoy the flexibility of working remotely and traveling to client sites, you will also attend our Antwerp office occasionally for team collaboration and strategic planning. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Computer Technology degree highly preferred). /li li5-8 years of relevant pre-sales or technical experience, preferably within a technology company. /li liExcellent presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to tailor messaging to varied stakeholder levels. /li liAdvanced domain and solutions knowledge, with the ability to adapt sales strategies effectively. /li liStrong background and domain experience within key verticals (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, or Logistics). /li liExperience with Android platforms and familiarity with Zebra products/tools is highly advantageous. /li liA proactive and independent mindset, with the judgment to manage complex projects and make sound decisions as a key member of our team. /li liLanguage Skills: Fluency in English and Dutch; proficiency in French is highly desirable to effectively cover the wider Benelux region. /li /ul h3Travel /h3 pWillingness to travel regularly across the Benelux region to strategically cover our client base. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute winning technology strategies in collaboration with our Account and Channel Management teams. /li liDesign and architect creative solutions that directly address customer needs and give us a competitive edge. /li liBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key technical contacts at customer accounts, as well as our internal sales and engineering teams. /li liCreate and deliver compelling, high-impact solution presentations and product demonstrations that captivate both technical and business audiences. /li liAct as the primary technical expert, solving customer problems and verifying solution compatibility to ensure success. /li liClearly articulate the business value of Zebra's solutions, showing customers how our technology can drive their business results and fuel profitable growth. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liSales Incentive Plan Commission - 25% performance-related bonus /li li20 days of annual leave plus statutory work time reduction (ATV) days. /li liVolunteer PTO: Up to 32 hours of paid time off per year to volunteer with a charity of your choice. /li liFlex Fridays Focus Fridays (to support your work-life balance) /li liPension Plan, Life Disability Insurance /li liYearly salary increases according to individual performance /li liEmployee referral bonus for bringing New Talent to Zebra /li liPrivate Medical Insurance /li liEmployee Assistance Program /li liMeal Vouchers Eco Vouchers /li liZebra Education Network (ZEN): Access to an innovative online learning platform /li /ul h3Incentive Compensation /h3 pIn addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 25%, in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
