As the Team / Management Assistant, you'll be part of the Office Management team and you'll assist 3 different departments of the office (Senior Management Team, Marketing/Sales, HR). You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth coordination of processes & events. Among others, you can expect tasks such as:
* Agenda management
* Organization of meetings and travel arrangements
* Mise-en-page of PowerPoints & documents for meetings
* Help with the organization of events for the different departments (together with the office management team)
* Assist with internal & external communications
* Ad-hoc projects & admin support
* Professional proficiency in Dutch & English (any other European language is a plus)
* Min. a Bachelor degree and a first administrative experience
* Good organizational & communication skills
* Eagerness to learn, adapt & develop
