As a German-speaking Customer Service Agent in Brussels, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients and their needs.
Your fluency in German, combined with proficiency in French, Dutch, or English, will enable you to provide top-tier support, resolve inquiries, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

You will have a competitive salary starting from €2,300 per month, inclusive of a 13th-month bonus, eco-cheques, and public transport participation. A 40-hour week from Monday to Friday offers a great balance between work and personal life.
Here are the key responsibilities of this role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
- Utilize language proficiency to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Key qualifications include:
- Fluency in German
- Fluent in French or Dutch is necessary (English is also a good point) to engage effectively with our diverse customer base
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster strong customer relationships
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory - a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are equally valued.
