Mission
As Market Insights Analyst, you are the link between data, strategy, and execution. Your mission is to translate internal and external data into actionable insights that strengthen customer strategy and market positioning.
You coordinate research projects, analyze market and customer data, and work closely with internal stakeholders and international colleagues. With your insights, you directly contribute to improving the customer experience and supporting strategic decision-making at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Customer Insights
* Coordinate research projects from briefing to delivery, including quality control.
* Analyze internal data sources, including Voice of the Customer and the full customer journey, and identify improvement opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and sector developments in a strategic and structured way.
* Build and maintain a knowledge center for market and competitive intelligence.
Strategic Impact & Stakeholder Management
* Advise internal stakeholders and proactively initiate strategic research initiatives.
* Translate insights into concrete recommendations for innovation, positioning, and customer-centric strategies.
* Share insights and best practices with international colleagues and contribute to cross-border collaboration.
Candidate Profile
Education
* Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Applied Economics (TEW), or equivalent.
Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or insights roles.
* Strong analytical mindset with solid experience in KPIs and research methodologies.
* Excellent Excel skills.
* Affinity with automotive, mobility, or customer experience is a strong plus.
Languages
* Fluent Dutch and English; basic knowledge of French.
